  • Golfer's elbow, or medial epicondylitis, is a painful condition that occurs when the tendons on the inside of the elbow become inflamed or damaged. It is often caused by repetitive gripping or swinging motions, such as those used in golf.

    Tennis elbow, or lateral epicondylitis, is a similar condition that affects the tendons on the outside of the elbow. It is caused by repetitive motions such as those used in tennis, but can also be caused by other activities that involve gripping or lifting.

  • A muscle strain is a type of injury that occurs when a muscle is stretched or torn. It is often caused by overuse, sudden movements, or lifting heavy objects. Symptoms include pain, swelling, and muscle weakness.
